I love this hotel. The rooms are very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable. And i LOVE LOVE LOVE the shower. They staff was also great. They were very nice, and helpful. Had a couple of issues but they responded right away and took care of everything very quickly.

Conveniently located near the Los Angeles airport. Room and bathroom were very spacious. The deep soaking tub felt terrific after a long day and we loved the bidet toilet. Just like Japan except the room and facilities are much larger in comparison.

I actually ate at the hotel restaurant! It was very lovely. Love the bath tub and the shower in the rooms, it's the best thing in the world. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys Japanese baths.

Easy parking, polite staff, clean and spacious room, very comfortable and spacious bathroom and comfortable bed with quality linens. Exactly what I was expecting from a Japanese hotel.
